At PWAN Max, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we uphold a strict refund policy aligned with industry standards and regulatory guidance.

1. General Non-Refund Policy

All payments made to PWAN Max for property purchases or services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only under the following:

• The purchased property is unavailable or already allocated.
• Duplicate payments or errors from our side.
• Legal disputes where client rights are affected.

3. Refund Process

Eligible clients must submit a written request within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds take up to 90 business days to process upon approval.

4. Deductions

Administrative charges, documentation fees, and taxes may be deducted from any approved refund.

5. Property Swap

Instead of a refund, customers may be offered another estate or service of equivalent value where applicable.

6. Refund Denial

Refunds will not be granted:

• After 30 days of payment.
• If property allocation has been completed.
• If documentation has commenced.
